Super Priority Visa Service [Get Decision Within 24 Hours]
By using UKVCAS Super Priority Visa Service, the eligible applicants can make visa or settlement applications and receive a faster decision within 24 hours.
On 5 November 2018, the Same Day Visa Premium Service and the Super Premium Service have been replaced with the Super Priority Visa Services. The service is provided by a third party in partnership with UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) and will offer priority and super-priority service to applicants and their families.
To get a decision by the end of the next working day
If you're eligible you can choose the 'super priority service' when you apply. It costs £800 in addition to the application fee. By using the Super Priority Service, you will get a decision by the end of the next working day following your UKVCAS appointment.
To get a decision within 5 working days
If you're eligible you can choose the 'priority service' when you apply. It costs £500 in addition to the application fee.
You'll get a decision within 5 working days. The time starts from either:
- the day of your appointment, if you prove your identity at a UK Visa and Citizen Application Services (UKVCAS) appointment centre
- the working day after you finished uploading your documents, if you use the 'UK Immigration: ID Check' app
You'll be told whether you can prove your identity at a UKVCAS centre or using the app when you apply.
Will I get a refund if my application is refused?
No. The Super Priority Visa service fee will not be refunded if the visa is refused or, in exceptional circumstances, takes longer to process than advertised.
Will I get a refund if I don't receive my decision within 24 hours?
Where UK Visas & Immigration is unable to process your application within 24 hours we will let you know when you can expect your decision and whether your Super Priority Visa service fee can be refunded. If your application does not get decided within 24 hours, the Home Office UKVI may issue a refund of the priority service fee of £800.
When you might wait longer for a decision
You might wait longer for a decision if you need to provide more information. You'll be told how and when to provide it.
When you'll get your biometric residence permit
You'll usually receive your biometric residence permit (BRP) within 7 to 10 days of your decision. If it does not arrive, you can report your missing BRP online.
Your BRP will be sent to the address you gave in your application. You need to update your address before your application is approved if you want it sent elsewhere.
